Buffalo Design is excited to be working with the Korean Women’s Association on a renovation of their recently purchased headquarters building in Lakewood. The new facility will enhance workflow and productivity, allowing KWA to better serve our state’s most vulnerable populations.
KWA is a nonprofit organization with a nearly 50-year history of serving multi-cultural communities in Western Washington. Providing a broad range of services, from helping navigate essential healthcare screenings to assisting with affordable housing and in-home care, KWA supports the needs of over 10,000 people annually through education, socialization, and advocacy. Popular community events, including the Taste of Korea celebrating cultural and culinary traditions, are hosted throughout the year. We’re honored to be working with such a creative and committed group of people.
Washington Patriot Construction will begin work on the renovation this fall with completion slated for early 2021. Legacy Group is providing new furnishings for Community Service and Administrative functions on three levels.
