Tacoma Housing Authority has been a long term favorite client of ours. Together we are working on renovations to the Alberta J. Canada Building in the Hilltop District of Tacoma. THA recently acquired this mixed use building that includes affordable apartments for seniors and offices for several community agencies. Goals for improvement include a complete exterior facelift, new community space for residents, replacement of finishes throughout the interior and upgrades to lighting and ventilation. We’ve brainstormed a series of ideas for the exterior redesign which will be presented to the Hilltop residents for comment at their October Community Meeting. Check them out!
